For the wars to be made mutual, NBSI would need to grow some bolix, so lets be honest that isnt going to happen anytime soon. Dear Eddz due to you recent acts of piracy in a 0.3 sys against one of our pilots, E-R leadership come to the conclusion that you band of merry fighters is a bunch of trigger happy pilots..
Even tough we do love you new aproach to the game I have to ask you what kind of merc corp do act¦s of piracy???
Therefore E-R has come to a decision since you aperently have nothing todo with respectefull merc corp¦s like MC and BA..
That KIA is no longer concidered a merc corp but a pvp corp with lack of targets.
Personally I think its great that you have decide to shoot every1 you see. Every pvp corp should work that way and I aplau you that you have taken this decision to leave the merc business and decide to be a merry band of killers.
However since you unprovoked attack in a 0.3 sys against one of pod pilots. E-R high command has decide that we will threat you as another hostile pirate/pvp corp..
E-R is in carebear mode atm but is going to active slaughter mode again becuase of you recent acts of piracy against one of our pilots.
Multiple tech1 frigs has been ordered and are rdy for battle soon..
Finaly welcome to the world of kill anything I promise you it will be much more fun then boring merc¦s contracts..
If you however is sorry for you open acts of piracy you can transfer E-R 3billion isk and we will cancel the tech1 frig production.. Its upto you.

BTW Evil Thug i got a complaint.. Could you for the love of god retake the stn in o-g8 in detoroid back from Shinra. E-R got all our ASCN loot and 2 of my bs in there and im broke and the punks wont buy it from escrow..
